Not done full settlement

I completed my 12th and joined i-energizer on 17august this year

at the age of 17

I was selected as an CCE for AIRCEL process, But i resigned on 10th nov due to bais behviour of seniors over there. Even they had cut off our salary (- Rs) for head set provided us telling that it will be given back to us at the time of Regination.

I-energizer used to keep the original documents for 3month of each and every person who joins the company, which is not legal to keep anyone document,

now they have not even given back my headset money after given resignation too.

And even whenever i call up there noone picks up the call

.Even if someone picks the call if i ask them to transfer the call they cutoff the call from there side

plz help what to do

as i have not been paid for the work i did
