No response regarding validity of the receipt provided

Hi,

This is a complaint against an employee (Arbi chatterjee) who is working at IFBI (Borivili branch). I have been following up to get a confirmation on the valadity of the receipt provided by this institue to one of my employee in my company.

Arbi chatterjee has not been replying to my mails and have marked it as SPAM (I came to know this thing that she has marked my mail as SPAM through the mailer demon from yahoo, since my mail was rejected).

I also tried to call her few times, however, I got a message from someone (snehal I guess) stating "Arbi" would call back which did not happen.

This gets me to the conclusion that the institue provides fake receipt to people who then take advantage of it. I request to take strict action against such activites. -- Thankyou
