Non payment of training charges

In my capacity as a freelance Trainer, i had successfully completed a corporate training on AIX for TESCO at whitefield Bangalore on behalf of IIHT Ltd during 21-06 to 26-06. I have submitted the invoice for the same to the authorities at IIHT soon after the training and also on my subsequent visits to IIHT to remind for payment of my dues. The concerned people at IIHT refuse to meet me when i visit them and also i have not recieved any payment so far, they only make false promises to pay up in 10 days. I wish to log a complaint against them for non payment of my dues and also harassment caused to me.
