Salary withheld

I was employed by IKF Technologies as Manager Operations and Business Development. I got my salary for the first two months. They stopped paying the salary from the third month. After not receiving the salary for two consecutive months I send my reporting manager a resignation letter. I did not get any response to the letter. After trying to call him I was advised he too has resigned. I called the Directors of the company, Mr Pradip Dutta who advised the salary would be paid soon. I told him I did not get my resignation accepted so I am still an employee of the organisation. He told me he would get my resignation accepted and a letter sent out to me. I did not receive the accepted copy of my resignation. Mr Dutta then advised me to speak to Mr Mukesh. He would be deciding on this. I failed to meet him nor Mr Dutta provided his phone number. I tried contacting the CFO of the company. He advised me he cannot release the payment unless he gets an authorisation from the directors. I am still waiting for any response from the directors. The company owes me Rs.60, 000 for the two months. I do have all relevant correspondences to prove the same. Please advise.
