Can't withdraw EPF

I am Sougata an Ex-Employee of ORG-IMS, Now Company name hasbeen changed to IMS Health Information and Consulting Service India Private Limited. My D.O.J. was

28.08.1996 as a Research Officer with "IMS HEALTH INDIA"

then my PF Account No. was MH/40892/106. I left ORG-IMS on

06.01.2006 as a Regional Manager then my Employee No.was-

INSD002 & PF Account No. was MH/THN/98762/31.

In my next assignment I was working with ING Vysya Life

Insurance Co., then I have applied to transfer my PF to ING

Vysya. When I withdrawn my PF fund from ING Vysya I got to

know my ORG-IMS PF not got transferred. I have sent my fresh PF withdrawal form with proper signature and required documents on 15th. June But after several e-mail comunication not getting any answer. Would you please suggest how can I proceed.
