Tyranny of any Employee

Indian Railways launched booking of tickets from Indian post recently, One of such booking counter in Udyog Vihar Postal Service in gurgaon, the Indian Railways employee came so late that lots of people who were there for booking of 'Tatkal tockets' were unable to book, because of the employee's coming late to office. Thats not all on asking why did he came late he said "The timing of this counter starts at 8:30" and according to him he was on time. If so where such information is mentioned in IndianRailways.

The annoying part is that no such information was pasted anywhere around the counter or office premises, if its so, and most importantly he didnt change his behavior he continued to come late to office, lot of ppl go there in hope of getting the tatkal ticket, alas they do not get one. I think this irresposibility of Indian Railways employee should be stopped by the company, as they have no right to crush anyones hope.

Apart from all this Indian Railways Employee is no one to waste anyones time, for them time is not valuabe (as we all know) but its the most valuable thing for us (Common people).
