Regarding Pension

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the reimbursement of my pension. I Sohan Lal Mattas served to Indian Telephone Industries for last 34 years. I got retired as Assistant Engineer on 31/10.On 22/10 I sent all the authentic documents as per the companies policies to the Indian Telephone Industries Bangalore Corporate Office. On 05/03 I received the paper from them asking that the date of birth differs from that avavilable in their records. Sir Do let me know how is it posible if I have submitted my voter id card as the DOB Certificate, how can I get retired if the company doest have the exact record of my DOB in their records. Sir my details are as follows-
