Points not credited into account

I am new to Indiaspeaks surveys. I have compleated only 2 surveys sucessfully. But after completing the surveys SUCESSFULLY my account was not credited with the points that were due to me. Sending an email to Tanya Basu was of no use as that email address supposedly does not exist. Spending time on completing the given surveys and then not being rewarded for them is demoralising. I did not know whom to approach and hence I have written this complaint. I hope the appropriate people see this and do the needful.
