If a employee is about to leave the company they are delibratly over load the employees with more current projects and asking the employees to complete and get relieve order.

Considering the career and with fear, the employees are shut their mouth and works very hard even after the notice period with no salary, But the employer is not giving the experience cerificate and relieving order.
