Fraud by the company

The company took Rs.15000 as joining amount for the post of Trainee Developer. Then at the day of joining there was lock at the company premisis. Even the Name board was torn. When contacted the employees they told that the CEO Mr. Dev Kiran Sharma had cheated and ran away. I had paid the amount to a lady called Sable mam. Her cell no is 9762435410. When called her she did not took the calls. I have the proof of the paid amount since the amount was paid by cheque. I request that firm action with the concerned people for fraud and playing with my career. There are many such candidiates whom they have made fraud.
