FORCING EMPLOYEES TO RESIGN

This was my first company..I joined as fresher with more than 100 people like me..We all were fired in six months..some even in 3 months... they told that they dont have input and so they r taking some hard steps... and they assured that again we will be employed by january as inputs were expected to arrive during that month... but they just sent sms stating that they r looking for ex-employees for name sake and didnt bothered abt tht ever since... now they are recruiting freshers of 2011 batch for higher salary... I request all not to join this fraud company... worst company especially for freshers...
