Withdrawl of PF Amount

Dear Team,

I am Yash Agarwal from Agra (U.P). I worked for ING life insurance company for apprx. 6 months i.e Dec 08 to May 09.

In the above connection, i submitted the application for my PF withdrawl in the month of Jan 10. After a month time i recived a call from HO that the docs have not been recived by them. Again i made a courier directly to the company enclosing all my docs required for the PF withdrawal. This was the time of Feb 10 mid.

I recived a mail from ING after 3 months that to regularly following the HR Dept. in which they stated that all the docs have been submitted to EPFO Banglore Office and a/c will be cleared up within 45-60 days.

At the August starting i again reminded them for the same as EPFO Office was not showing my claim status on the site (reason given was that the claim have not been recived by this office.). My PF NO is KN/25113/25138.

Well ING reverted after 10 days that it will be closed by the Aug. end.

But sorry to say that i am still waiting for my amt to be refunded and now even ING is also not reverting to my mails.

So kindly give me the solution to my above problem that how to get back my own money as i have't asked for the charity from the company.
