PF not received yet

I was serving Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon from 01 Jan till 31th August. After resigning, I applied for PF withdrawal from the organization in the month of April. Till date I have neither got my money nor any satisfactory action in this regard despite my numerous calls with the HR rep of the company and received many emails regarding pf that you will get your amount jan. I am really frustrated with this issue & find no other way to get my hard earned back. Kindly advise. My emp code with the organisation was 76041.
