Delay in PF since 1year 5months

I Deepak dwivedi, Employee Id-46224.i was working in Intelenet global services pvt.ltd. for 13months (7 feb to 30th march) as a customer service associate.i had applied twice for the PF till now.but No, implication had been taken by organization. So, i request you kindly help me for this same.
