PPF not released from 11th May till date

Dear Sir,

I had been working in the IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd. (formerly, Indian Oil Tanking Ltd.) from 10th October to 11th May.2010. I had submitted my resignation on 2nd May (copy attached) for release on or before 11th May and paid Rs 11737.00 in cheque in lieu of notice period for the rest 20 days period.

Subsequently the cheque was returned to me against the company terms and verbal acceptance of my resignation by site-in-charge and instead asked me to serve one month notice period.

As I had to join a Govt. organization I submitted again my resignation with a demand draft to the Head, HR in Mumbai (copy enclosed).

But to my utter surprise the amount of Rs 11737.00 were confiscated and my PPF amount was also blocked. Also they didnt bother to inform me either and send me my experience certificates.

I would be very grateful if you can please direct them to release the same.
