Dear Sir,

I am Ratan Rajendra Chavan. Iprocess Emp:- C27309,

I had resign 31 March . and submit PF form in the moth of July after that i had received call from Delhi HR (011-42002299)

and told me ur document has missing one signature please resend your form, in the month of Dec i had sent new Pf form from I Process Mumbai

Andheri Office, But till not received any response from HR Delhi or HR Mumbai., i had word with Mr. Khanna & Mr. Rohit in Andheri Office they said, i had forwarded your form, i am trying to contact on (011-42002225) This no given by Mr. Khanna, but from last 2 months i am trying to contact till not attend this no. a single time.

so i will request to you please settle my PF ASAP.
