Dear Sir,

My name is Umesh Sehgal, worked with I Smart Global Pvt Ltd, G-6/B-1 2nd Floor, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Area, Exevo Building, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110044 for the period 30th August - 2007 to 31st July - 2008. My employee ID was LLSPL-10368. I had filled PF Transfer form two three times but my PF amount is not credited in my Account yet. When I had called to the office of I Smart Global Pvt Ltd, nobody has picked my call. So please looks in this matter as soon as possible. For your reference attaching the salary slip for 3 months.

Further when I had checked with other employees I came to know that the company had closed.

Please check the status and help me in getting my own money.
