Dear madam

i am the employee of islutions providers india p.ltd, mumbai posted at bhopal in icici bank home finance company ltdas a sales executive, my employee code is 26639, and my product code is 269 and my p.f.a/c no is MH/94095/14092ESI no.. I try for the last more than a1 year at the icici bank branch managers and through correspondence to the isolutions india, mumbai and delhi office of hr team also, but they are confusing to me they says that you can verify the format of resignation and then you will get the p.f. in 45 days. i am providing the savings bank account no 1012165188-2 of state bank of india 128 zone-2 m.p. nagar, bhopal (m.p.). i joined on 23rd june and resignation date is 18 feb. kindly please see the doccument sand help me to provide my my p.f. settlement at my account no. given and verify also from the company address also.at delhi is no.8 local shoppping complex pushp vihar school, maidan giri, new delhi-110001.
