EPF settlement

Hi,

I worked with a company named ISS facility Services in, I left that company in 31/10 and my form and documents was submitted on 25 of jan to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai

It was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months but 6 months got over, i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone and i was trying for the past 1 month it was ringing & ringing but there was no respone.
