Requesting to pay money for freshers to join them

Few of my friends and myself attend the interview for voice process and non-voice process. after a short span of interview they said we are selected and those who got selected for Non-voice process have to pay INR 4000/- for their fifteen days training and salary for them would be INR 8000/-

For voice you need to pay INR - for the training.

After attending the Interview I felt its a waste of my time. So please don't spend money and join them I personally feel its a crime to ask money from the candidate to join their company. If you feel we are good resource offer us the job but not by asking money its shame on you. Also if you are not have enough fund to give salary for freshers its ok but don't spoil their career. PLS inform this prior to the interview at least we won't waste our time.
