Ank guarantee

Recently i have been selected for one of the CMMi level 3 companies in Hyderabad.they r asking 2 Lakhs bank guarantee for a bond period of 24 months. And they would return it after 24 months along with the interest. Can i believe the company? They told bank guarantee must be from axis bank. How can get confirmed that the company is level-3 company?
