Forced to pay 2 months salary to get re leave from company

Hello,

I am working In IT company as information security analyst. I have resigned from company on 25 may and it was accepted also. I have notice period of 2 months but at the same time i worked 26 days extra as we were facing resource problem.we are having 12 hrs shift which is not allowed in any company. My manager told me that i will get extra holiday for extra work done by me. Now i am telling to adjust those leaves in notice period then he is not ready to adjust and he is saying me if you want to get re leaved earlier you will have to par 2 months salary. Still i haven't got salary of may month and its June. I have spoken to HRs they said they are ready to release me re leave me any time and My manager is saying he cant re leave. Also we are doing 12 hrs shift here which is not legal or not according to policy. I am forced to pay 2 months salary here to get re leaved. I need some suggestion on this issue. Please reply...
