Fraud Case

Hi I am Mandeep Kaur from Jaipur. On 13 Aug we have deposit 60, 000/- through Draft for swiss Visa for my younger brother. But at that time Jet International Placement Services said that Payment was refundable when you want. Then we Deposited 2nd Pmt on 23 Dec.2010 through 60, 000/- Draft. They asked that processed timing is just one month after one month you will receive visa and another documents. But after 3 Months we didnot receive any papers regarding this then we decided to refunded the amount. They asked for 21st April. they didnot give any amount on that date then they gave us another date on 13th may after that they gave another date 7th june but from 7th june they didnot give any response and not picking up the phone if they receive the phone then they asked our senior is not here, call after sometime. So today is 4th sept. What should we do for that? Plz help us
