Salary Issue

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

My name is Dinesh. I am from Jodhpur (Raj.). I came in Delhi on 21th may. I got selected in Jindal BPO on 24th may. When i joined this company, they explained about company and put in training of their ACS process. My trainer was Vicky (Woman). Now i was supposed to clear all the assessment of training. Now i cleared all the assessment but i could clear final one. Now training asked to leave and reffered me to HR Department. In HR, a guy name Jaqib told you have to sign these paper to leave company before signing i asked him about my three week training salary. So, he said that we will clear it after 90 or 75 days. Now, Do you think? this is right. I am all alone here. Nobody is here to help me. I am facing so many problem to survive in delhi. Please help me. What should i do?
