Cheating of money

I was called by One consultant of versatile solution in september about a opening, after that They asked to pay me a sum of 2800 Rs which i paid in october'09 [ still having bill] and they promised me that they will conduct 5 interviews in 6 months but till date they havent conducted any interview and now they stopped receiving my calls and asking me to do whatver i can do

So I request you to kindly help me in getting back my money
