Non payment of salary

Dear Sir / Madam

I Mr. Vijay Kumar Bhattarai was working as Territory Sales Executive (for I Mobile brand) with JSK MARKETINGS PVT. LTD. Was appointed on 16 August.

I was appointed by Mr. Somnath Dey Regional Sales Manager (91- 9769485577) due to half month he told me the salary will be given in next month... then some other reason next month so on 04 November I mailed them to do full and final settlement...

Hi,

This is a request for the payment of Salary (August-October) and Expenses incurred while on job.

I joined JSK Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as Territory Sales Executive on 16th august and have not received any payment from the company ever since. Hence, release me with final compensation for my time with the company. Details below;

Salary for the Month of;

August - 6000/- (Reported joining on 16th Aug)

September - 1-

October - 1-

Total expenses: 7560/-

Total Pending Amount: 37560/-

Kindly review the attachment of Daily Sales & Expenses Report and credit the compensation to (JSK Marketing P.Ltd) Salary Account;
