Salary not received

HI,

I have worked for Karvy Stock Broking at Mumbai branches from Oct to Nov.

They have told me to resign on 2 dec as the client has not given the cheque.

They have also not given the payment for the month Nov and also not paid any compensation for not giving prior notice.

Please help
