Deposit of amt RS.1500 Pounds of work permit fee

Sir, I have recd adirectly appointment letter Scanned without any personal interview, thru e-mail from above co. for the post of Sr. Accounts-Manager, stating Pounds 10500 per month, as per terms & conditions in contract for 24 months.

Further, thru their First class travel agents, they have insisted me to deposit a sum of Rs. 115000/-INR Approx.towards work permit fees in advance, now i want to know, whether this is genunine transaction? or not, is it vaible to trust the copany? or is there any specific rules by U.K. GOVT. TO COLLECT SUCH FEES FROM RECUTRITED EMPLOYEES IN ADVANCE.PLEASE GUIDE ME IN SUCH CASE, & ALSO LET ME KNOW THE COMPANY IS GENINUE, OR NOT., & if incase my money is stucked, is their any remedy or process to get for refund or not.
