Provident Fund not being released

I hereby register a formal complaint in this forum that M/s. Kinetic Engineering Limited are deliberately not releasing my PF documents to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner's office.

Its been over 8 years now and I have many times sent the duly filled in EPS/PF forms to them. I have been sending reminders to the company directors for releasing the same but they seem to be ignoring my correspondence. I have been writing to CPFC as well and CPFC has been writing to RPFC Pune and RPFC Pune has been writing to the Kinetic Engineering Limited but they too seem to be getting a cold response from Kinetic Engineering Limited,

I am writing in this forum for the last time and if I don't see any action from the promoter directors of the company I shall be constrained to get them prosecuted under the PF rules and Acts, which I am very well aware of.

If the above is not done within 3 weeks time I shall be constrained to approach the institutions, print and electronic media, NGO's, public-social-legal forums, courts of law, lawful authority, Government regulators, Ministries of government and Minister, o/o PMO, President of our republic, Police (suspecting collusion, connivance & conspiracy to harass), persons of social and legal repute, unions and associations etc in a lawful manner at the cost and consequences of Kinetic Engineering Limited.

I will seek legal opinion and shall charge the cost of legal opinion and case related expenses e.g. typing, traveling, lawyer's fee, court fee, telephone calls etc... to Kinetic Engineering Limited.
