All sorts of Lies fornot giving salary

Hello Sir,
i would like to bring it your notice that a company name Kiran Softech (BPO) near Topaz restaurant, at 201 Shitanshu Appartment Panjrapole Ahmedabad opened in month of October with its Directors Mr. Bhadresh Shah (Director 1), Mr. Rashmikant Shah (Director 2) and Mr. Nilesh Shah (Director 3). who opened a company with the name Kiran Softech Add: 201 Shitanshu Apparments, B/h Tirupati House, Near Topaz Restaurant, Panjrapole (Polytechnic) Ahmedabad. with the help of Managing Director (Domicile) Mr. Birju Shah S/o Mr. Rashmikant Shah and when time came to fulfill their commitment of paying 50 employees their salary they started blaming all the they are running into loss and delay payments giving assurance and updates on daily basis and stating to bring FINAL SOLUTION for paying the salaries saying Mr. Bhadresh Shah will sign the cheque and then Mr. Nilesh Shah will sign and then have the Admin. Manager/Process Manager Mr. Toms Bandi distribute the cheques after 12pm.
They will give lame excuse that the cheque book has been applied and when it comes will issue cheques. then when they have the cheque book they say once we have money in account we will prepare cheques... and when the cheques are prepared with name and all.. (Director3) say's (Director 1) is out of station so when (Director1) comes back he will sign and i will sign and give, then when (Director 1)
comes (Director 3) goes out of station and this continues till date... and now they have the gutts to say dotn call and haras us. where as (Director 2) said i already resigned on Nov 4 i have nothing to do and so does the MD.
I would request all reader to take care and if you come across the above mentioned Directors think 1000 times before shaking hand or doing business with them.
We the ex-employees who are still facing the issue of not getting our salary cheques in the end are submitting our complains on this site to make all aware.
