Fraud (cheating)

I am Chandru form Chennai, undertaking training in SAP ABAP from 5th April onwards in Knowledge lab (k-labs), I have paid Rs.8000, They said for the first two months i will be working as trainee and after that i will work here as an employee and paid by a salary of Rs12000 to Rs15000 from the third month onwards. Now they are cheating me, no Id card, no training,

Kindly Provide me a solution for this,
