Dear Sir/ Madam,

With refernce to the above subject, I wish to inform your goodself that, I S.Srinivasulu have worked in Kone Elevator India P Ltd for a peroid of four and half years i.e from 06/07/200 to 31/11. I resigned from Kone due to my personal reasons. I have claimed my PF through the company in the month of January. There was no reply from your office nor

the company.

Thereafter, I have applied directly to the Commissioner, EPFO, Royapettah, Chennai during oct'05. The same was forwarded to Ambattur PF office as my ex-company comes under that jurisdiction. After that there is no reply from any body till now. All this period I was abroad for my livelyhood.

During my last month's visit to India, I visited Ambattur PF office and my ex-organisation, KONE and found that my application is missing.

Again I have submitted one more application to Mr.kannan, Personal Dept, Kone Elevators, Chennai. He said that he would forward my application in first week of August to Ambattur PF office. But when Ichecked the status I could not get anything.

I wish to put forth before you few lines about my family. I am the only bread earner in my family and my parents are no more. I have one daughter who is in class 5th. My wife is a house wife and I ahve no shelter even to live in. I am very much unhappy with the services the organisationlike yours does.

Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
