Salary & Leave

Dear Sir,

I last working with Kraft Kreation (Branch of LION INDIA) as a Manager Co-ordination & MR, i have given resignation as per one month notice to there on 12th Oct 09 because of my SYBcom Examination. but after 20days when i asked for salary & my 15days leave, so that time Mr. Krishnkant Ruia (Director) send me the notice for come to office 1day & handover work to new Manager. after that i going to office 2days & work there 5-6 hours for handover the work. & 2nd day Mrs. Premlata Ruia (wife of Mr. Ruia) given me only Chq. Salary as per 9000/- she told me next week you get your Cash salary 15days leave. that same day she shout on me, give me mentally torch-er

but now its 2month complete i still not received my Cash salary as per 2500/- & my 15days leave.

they pay me salary of Rs.11, 500/- = 9000/-(chq.) 2500/-(cash)

Now what should i do, whenever i give call to them Mr.&Mrs. Ruia just ignor & always give me different reasons.

that is hard work money, i want my salary what should i do.
