Withdrawal of PF Amount

Dear Concern

I bring your kind attention that I served in Larsen &Toubro Ltd (L&T) for three years. The resignation letter had been given by me on 3rd Feb and also I got the site clearance where I was working. But still now I have not my PF amount. When I am asking the HR manager about my PF amount, he is demanding three months basic salary amount of my salary.

Please suggest me what to do.
