PF not remitted by co

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my PF with my organization LAWRENCE & ASSOCIATES (INDIA) PRIVATE LTD.,

NO.1206-D, TIDEL PARK, TARAMANI,

CHENNAI - 600 113. TAMIL NADU.

Phone No: 044 - 22540633, 22540034.

I worked there from April to Feb.

I was given the option of permanent employment (with PF) or contract (without PF). I chose permanent status. Based on that they deducted Rs 1537 towards PF contribution.

Now based on another complaint against the same firm, I realize that Lawrence had provided the same PF no. to multiple employees across their organization.

The PF ref given to me was TN / 49243 / 214, which I understand has also been given to another employee Ms. Devi Sundaraperumal.

Please advise on the way forward. I am also told that this company has now shut down.
