Delay in delivery & the delivery boy shoting at us

M/s.A.K. International Courier has booked consingment on 7th Dec. (Consingmnet No.208234969) but the envelope was delivered to us only on 10.12.10 evening 4.30 pm. While tracking on we came to understand that the envelope reached Chennai your office on 8th itself. But we do not understand the reason for the delay. Because of this delay we incurred sever loss. When we checked the delivery person (Mr. Saravana Prakash) for the reason of delayed delivery of the envelope, he was shouting like anything. He is telling we should not ask why it was delayed. Even when our Executive & Manager asked him he was shouting like anything. Because of this our office atmosphere was spoiled.

Kindly let us know the reason for the delay?

And also we request you in future not to send this person to our offce for delivery.
