Not paying salary even after mental harrasment

Hello sir,

I joined Leadsoft Mumbai on 21st Dec. 2009 I worked with them till march end... As soon as I joined mental harrasment started.. They send me to Client site where they did not provide even basic facilities... not even accomodation, all day to day expenses along with travelling i incurred from my pocket... there is no reimbursemnt till now... even they did not pay me salary... and at the time of resign they told me that dues will be paid only after completion of notice period... which is not yet received...

whenever i called up Tony Almedia he said " We ll pay u as soon as v got our amount from client" Inspite of so many mails same response from his side...

Now I came to know that they sold Leadsoft to DSR Technologies and all company senior staff including Tony almedia & PSS who was CEO of LeadSoft has joined HCL Infosystems, Mumbai. (Only God knows what is the future of HCL Infosystem...)

They all making monies just opening one company and by not paying salaries to their employees...
