Termination of employment

The company had employment me as Business development manager and given me a letter of appointment 1st July for Chennai. At that time i was in Bangalore and since my family was in Chennai i took this offer with passion and enthusiasm. I joined them on 19th July and tried my level best to get them order for subscription from CA firms and Advocates. I tried all my experience and contacts to get them business. But within 21 days they called me to say they are closing down the operations in Chennai and my services are no more required.

I am 53 years old and do not know how to deal with such atrocities of companies who are playing with our career.

I got a email as under:

Dear Mr. S Narayan

We reference to telecom with you in morning, Management has decided to shut down business from Chennai.

Hence we are taking back all your responsibilities for the position in Legalpundits International Services Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. 7th August.

Your full and final settlement will be cleared within 45 days.
