Not issueing my releaving lette

Hi i m R.S.Shekar empoyee id 13022 with 24/7 customer p ltd HYD & my services were terminated on 03/apr, without any prior notice. I worked with them for 4 yrs & 2 months & the reason 4 my service termination is { 2 employees of the same organisation confessed that i have taught them some unethical practice } . They dont have any proof of me teaching those employees or me doing the unethical practice. Now the management isnt ready to give me my releaving letter. I hope they understand
