Dear HR,

I have resigned from 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Ltd on 5th August and simultaneously I have received my FNF .I have filled up all required documents for PF along with Crossed Cheque and submitted to Mr. Sunil Kumar Senapati (Executive, HRMG, 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Ltd) at 6th Floor Tower - 5, International Infotech Park Vashi Mumbai -400703.

There were several follow ups done with HR guys but I am not getting proper responce from their side.

Till now I have not received my PF amount which now its almost one and half years about to complete.

I would requst you to kindly get my provident fund credited to my Account.
