Registration fee not yet refunded even though I was assured by the company that my money will b reimbursed

I have submitted complaint against this company 2 months back also as the company deducted money from my account yet my registration was not done. Money for 2 different option was deducted. Finally after submitting complaint in consumer forum the concerned person from the company called me and assured me that registration to one process will be done and the registration fee for the other process will be refunded back to me. My money was deducted on 15th december. Finally they registered my name by the end of january after complainting to consumer forum. But till now I havent received my money. I work for the company for a couple of weeks also. Now 3 months have past. When ever I mail them asking for my money they will say that you will get back your amount by 15th of Feb, then they said by 1st week of march and now its already 14th of march. I request the consumer court to help me in getting back my money for both the process as I have no longer trust left to work with this company. I want my money back at the earliest and I have got all the necessary documents with me that proves money was deducted by this company from my account and I have several mails to proving that I was assured the refunding of money as I longer wants to be in any terms with such a company. So I request the consumer forum to look into the matter and help me get back my both registration fee.
