Cheated Rs. 75, 000 (INR). The company gave a check which bounced

I had joined this company in june. It offered a salary of 2.4L per anuum.

It asked for security deposit of Rs.75, 000 (INR).

I worked there for 4 months with a salary of Rs.2, 500. But after that company did not paid us for 2 months. We asked to refund our money back. They handed me a check of Rs.75, 000 (INR), which bounced on jan.

After that I heard there is a case going on against the company name and company is shut down.

I lost hope in getting my money back and planned to enhance my career, not wasting time in this dispute.

I still have the check given by the company dated 21 jan with me.

I want to know if there is any chance to get my money back.
