300 Software Employees were Cheated!

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:- Cheating of 300 Employees in the Software Company

We, the Past Employees of “5 M TECH HEADS” Software Company located at Leela Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad. We were all joined in the Company on 16th of June by campus recruitment in some districts of Andhra Pradesh and also by the direct recruitment in the company. At the Time of Joining, The Company Chief Executive Mr. B. Surya Prasad was taken the amount of “One Lakh Rupees” from each Employee as a Security Deposit for the period of 1 year and he said that it will be refund to the each Employee exactly after one year from the date of Joining in the Company. According to this, he was given the “Agreement” to the each Employee along with the Post Dated Cheque for the amount of “One Lakh Rupees” from the IndusInd Bank, Banjara Hills Branch, Hyderabad. He runs the company for five and half months (i.e June 16th to Nov). He was given the salaries for three months to us. (for the months of June to Sep 2008). Later Onwards he didn’t paid single rupee to us. But we regularly attended to the Company up to Dec 31st 2008 and attended for our respective training classes (Either.Net or Java). We fought for our salaries and our Deposit Amount. He didn’t respond to us. But at that time He conducted so many meetings along with his father, a famous Skin Specialist Mr. B. Narasimha Rao, who was the chairman to the Company. He and his father promised us that they will defenetly refund our deposit as per the agreements date and the Post dated cheques. We blindly belived them. Unfortunately on the Pongal Holidays of Jan without any Information to the employees he suddenly closed the Company. On Jan 31st 2009 they conducted one more meeting in the company and Mr. B. Narasimha Rao, came on to the picture on behalf of his son Mr. B. Surya Prasad. The Chairman was given one more “Agreement” to the employees stating that he can pay the security amount to the employees on or before June. He also Cheated us. We waited for few months regarding our Security Deposit Amount. Some of the Employees were kept the case on our CEO. But he came out from jail by his father influence. Later all the employees were attended at the Cyber Crime Station, Hyderabad. Still there is no response from our CEO and the Chairman. Later, Everyone received the Cheque Bounce Statement from the IndusInd Bank and kept the case on our CEO from their respective natives. The case in being going on from the last one and half year with so many postpones due to the absence of Mr. B. Surya Prasad. He didn’t taking any court notices from the postal department even if he is staying in home. Right Now he is in Hyderabad. Due to this particular incident most of the employess parents were suffered. We are all poor people and Unemployees. So we are requesting you to please take a necessary and immediate action in this particular case and kindly arrange our Security Deposit Amount by them as early as possible. We are all having necessary documents as proof. So Kindly Help Us.
