No clearence of Providen funds and orther final setelments

Dear Sir/Madam,

We were in Luminous Engineering and technologies pvt ltd during 2003 to 2008. This company is not giving salary once in 2 to 3 month and after leveing this company by giving one month notice, PF amount is not clearing that to the PF withdrawal from is rejecting after that also the company is not taking proper action. They are not sobmitting PF amount of employees every month or twice in a year. Why this is happen with LETS. After leaving the company the accounts and HR dept is not responding properly. So think before joining in this company
