Is it a Fake

The company is charging an initial amount of 20k and they are telling that during the training period the pay will be around 14k and after that they will outsource us with a pay package of around 18k, anybody of you who knows about the company, please let me know whther they are genuinely doing wat they are telling are not, its the matter of my future, thanks in advance
