PF not received

My name is Rakesh Kumar. I had submitted the PF form in my previous Employer i.e.M/s Ma-Foi Management Consultants limited on dated 14.04.2010. My EPF No. is TN/35791/134457. Three & half months have passed but I have not received my PF claim till date. When I contacted to Ma-Foi Mgt, they told me that it will take 9 months in withdrawl. I am very upset with their reply as PF withdrawal takes only 1 month from date of submission of form.

It seems that Ma-foi Mgt has not submitted the PF form.

Please tell me what action I should take?
