PF WITHDRAWAL

I have worked in Bajaj allianzLife insurance co ltd from March toFeb;08 throug Mafoi management consultants ltd and resigned in Feb. I have submitted all required documents to PATNA Mafoi office for PF withdrawal in OCT'2010. But still i have not recived my PF withdrawal amount. When i have try to contact to Mafoi office at patna, they have unable to give any status about my request. My details is as given below:
