Final Settlement not Done

I worked for a client company through Magna InfoTech, Hyderabad, June 21st 2010 was my last working day, till now my Final Settlement amount is not processed it is 8 months over now, they will never reply for the emails we send and a HR name called Priti. S was my recruiter, initially she said we will process once we get the amount from the client but from the client company everything is settled, Magna is not settling the amount. And now her number is not reachable. Their office numbers are invalid, either we cannot connect to it or nobody picks up the call. They are doing this for everybody. Please help me in finling a complaint on them. This is such a fraud company they never address any queries.
