Cheating the net users for online jobs

This comapny is giving advertisements on sites like pay 100/- as registration fee to register in their company for online jobs like data entry, online for filling, email reading etc... and earn 1000/- per week. Like these type of messages displaying.

Afetr paying 100/- as registration fee they are displaying in their website like "SOME SITE MAINTANCE WORK ARE GOING ON" and users are not receiving any reponse from them .i believe this is one type of cheatings. Please help me regarding this complaint whether this company is false one or true company.
