Non Payment of Salary

Dear All,

I was working as an operation executive in a Company, I resigned from there on 22nd Feb on short notice of a week, now everyone is saying that I will get the salary only for the notice period and rest amount would not be paid which is not right as I was not aware of that.

The company is try to claiming the issue that I didn’t serve the notice period for 1 month (According to Appointment Letter) but the fact is that I informed my HR, Reporting Head, MD and Followed the procedure of resignation (like clearing dues, giving handover of work, file and things) At the same time I got approval of MD of that company, she had accepted the short notice resignation, but now they are denying to pay the salary other than notice period which is only for 7 days. And now after two months there is no clarity when I will get my salary, the HR doesn’t pick up the call, doesn’t even reply on mails.

Please suggest me how to get my salary amount for full one month and bonus for 11 months (which they used to deduct every month from my salary).
